Why am I suspended for suspicious behavior?

Hello! If your account has been suspended for suspicious behavior, our automated system has detected inconsistencies or flagged information in your Mutual profile. You may receive this suspension if:


  • you are located in zones that produce many fake/catfishing profiles
  • your verification and profile photos do not match
  • your bio is asking for money or is otherwise inappropriate

How do I fix this?


Make sure to have a copy of your Government-Issued ID that includes your birthdate and name. You will need to submit this to our support team to have your suspension removed.

In case of any other suspicious behavior, our team may ask for one of the following:

  • a copy of your baptismal certificate
  • a screenshot of your profile in LDS tools
