Facebook Login Error

We recommend migrating your account to our phone number system so that you can access it sooner and not be impacted by Facebook-related issues in the future. To do this we will need you to:
  1. Provide us with your current phone number
  2. Hit “Log In” to Mutual and choose the phone number option. If you do not have a pre-existing phone account. This will fail and give you the “Account not found” error, but it will generate an identifier for your phone number that we can use to transfer your existing Facebook account over to our phone login system (if you create a new account that is also fine, but we will need to delete/replace it with your original account if you want to keep your matches and messages).
  3. For security purposes, we will also need some form of photo ID to confirm your identity. We cannot authorize an account migration until we’ve confirmed your identity!
