Canceling your subscription can be done through your phones app store:
1. Tap here to view your Subscription page.
2. Tap Mutual.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap your name (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Mutual.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- If you don’t see anywhere to Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
- (If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.)
