I Subscribed to MutualUp But it Hasn't Activated Yet

If you have subscribed to MutualUp and it isn't reflected on your account, don't worry! The app must recache to pull in data that verifies your purchase. This can take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours.


If you have purchased previously, deleted your account, created another, and would like your MutualUp applied to your new account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the profile icon on the lower right corner of the menu

2. Tap Settings

3. Tap Restore Purchases


If this doesn’t work, send us proof of purchase, and we will take care of it for you!
