Potential Solutions

To try to resolve these issues, please try following in the order that they are listed:

Update your operating system version if you have an upgrade available.

Update your keyboard to the latest version.

From the Google Play store, look for updates on the Microsoft SwiftKey app

Clear the cache

Navigate to Settings > Apps >Microsoft SwiftKey > Storage > Clear Cache

Try using a different keyboard.

Once you have installed a new keyboard app, you must select it in settings. To change your keyboard on Android, go to Settings > System settings > Keyboard and input method > Current keyboard and choose the keyboard (the steps might differ a little depending on your phone).
