  • Apple Store
  • Google Store

To identify which subscription type you have please submit the following information to our email: support@mutual.app:

  • Your email address
  • Your name
  • Your Mutual ID (found under settings at the bottom of the screen)
  • Your phone number

Once located, the agent will confirm the correct subscription linked to your account. If you have the following type of subscription the agent will recommend contacting the correct support team:
