Why Can't I See Responses To My Support Requests?

If you’re having trouble seeing responses to your support tickets in the Help Center, don’t worry—you’re not alone! Our support team responds directly to the email address you provided when submitting your request. This article will guide you on how to find your ticket responses quickly and easily.


Where to Find Your Ticket Responses

Whenever you submit a support request through the HelpScout Beacon, our replies are sent to your registered email. If you don’t see our response in the Beacon, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email Inbox
    • Open the email inbox associated with your request.
    • Look for an email from our support team. The subject will usually mention your ticket or support request.


  2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
    • Sometimes, emails might be mistakenly marked as spam.
    • If you find our email in your spam folder, mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future messages arrive in your inbox.


  3. Check Your Trash or Deleted Items Folder
    • In some cases, emails may be accidentally deleted or filtered into the trash folder.
    • If you find our email here, move it back to your inbox for easy access.
