How do I contact Customer Support?

Mutual's Customer Support is available via email and Live Chat! Mutual does not offer support via phone, but we are always happy to help you! We have found that most of the questions Members have are easily explained through writing. You can send us an email at anytime and we will get back to you within 24 hours except on the weekends or holidays. Our chat hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm MST.

Mobile

  1. Tap the Account icon on the far right in the bottom menu bar.
  2. Scroll down and tap Help and FAQ
  3. Tap Ask
  4. Tap Email and then proceed to type your message.

If Live Chat is available, we will answer right away! If you reach out to us via email, you can expect a response within a few hours if you are messaging us during business hours. If you reach out to us outside business hours, you can expect a response the next business day.

Desktop

If you are looking for answers in your web browser, go to support.mutual.app.

  1. Tap the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the page
  2. Fill in your information, type your message and then send it.
  3. If Chats is open you can start a chat and begin chatting with a live agent

We will get back to you within a few hours if you reach out during business hours, or potentially the next business day if you message us without business hours.
