How do I unsubscribe from MutualUp?

Mutual offers three different ways to subscribe: through Apple's App Store, the Google Play Store, and our website. The type of subscription you have will determine how you must cancel it.

• If you bought your subscription through Apple within the app, you can just tap here to cancel your subscription.
• If you bought your subscription using Android within the app, you can just tap here to cancel your subscription.
• If you bought your subscription through our website, you can just tap here and log in to cancel your subscription. Please ensure you do this before deleting your account, or you will not be able to log in! If you have deleted your account, then please contact us at support@mutual.app to get your subscription canceled.

*Please note that deleting your Mutual account/the Mutual app will NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel following the procedures above.
