So, you got banned. But why?
The safety and well-being of our community are our top priorities here at Mutual. To protect all of our members, we have established the Community Guidelines. Your account will be banned if you have repeatedly broken one or more of these guidelines.
To protect the members of our community who report inappropriate behavior, we may not disclose specifics of reports. Please review the Community Guidelines if you would like more clarification about what may have caused your ban. Then, if you feel that you have been banned unjustly, you may appeal it here. All appeals are subject to a 90-day decision period, and allowance back onto Mutual is not guaranteed.
