If you are getting notifications of a match or a message from another user and you enter the app and it isn't there, it is possible you have two and maybe even three accounts active (for Apple users). When you sign up there are 3 different methods you can create an account with (Facebook, Phone Number, or Apple ID).
Try troubleshooting by signing out of your current account and signing in using one of the other two methods (Facebook and Phone Number are the two main methods used).
- If you have found that you have two active accounts, let us know and we can delete one of the accounts for you.
