I Can't Find My Subscription When I Log In On Mutual's Website?

If you've purchased your subscription from our website, then you can only manage that by logging into our Account Manager. These subscriptions will not be visible in either your Apple or Google subscriptions, since they are not run through Apple/Google. If you've logged into our Account Manager website and you're not seeing your subscription listed there, then there are two possible reasons:

  1. You logged into the wrong Mutual account. It is not unheard of for people to have two or more Mutual accounts without realizing it, so if you can't find your subscription after logging into our account manager try logging back out and using different login info to see if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Your subscription is created through Apple or Google. Only subscriptions purchased from our website will appear in the account manager. If you can't find your subscription there, then it may have been purchased through Apple or Google. Please check your Apple/Google subscriptions.
