Can I pause my MutualUp subscription?

Pausing a MutualUp subscription is not something we offer currently. If you have met someone (hooray!!), we recommend canceling your subscription so that you do not continue to be charged. If things don't work out, you can always resubscribe.

As stated on our website, "Refunds will not be issued for purchases made during a promotional period or for subscription renewals." However, some exceptions may apply. Please contact us at support@mutual.app to see if your subscription is eligible for a refund.

*Please note that if you pause your account within the app that does not affect your subscription. It will only hide your account from view temporarily.
