New Account and I Can't See Anyone on the app?
If you just created a new Mutual account, and you can't see anyone to swipe on, then there is probably an issue with your location settings on your phone. The Mutual app requires your location in order to determine who you can see within the app. If Mutual is not allowed to use your location, then you will not see anyone, and they will not see you! Please make sure that your location is turned on, and then allow "Mutual" to use your location while using the app. You may need to restart your phone as well to ensure the Mutual will use your location.
To turn on location services on an iPhone:

- "While Using the App": Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on screen.
