Suspended For 999 Days?!?!

Why Do We Suspend for So Long?

The reason we issue a 999 day suspension is because there is an exceptional issue that requires that you to contact our support team directly in order to get the suspension resolved. There are two main reason why we will need you to reach out. The first is that we've determined that your profile contains suspicious information/content, and we'd like to verify your profile information is accurate by reviewing a photo ID. The second is that we've already suspended your account multiple times for the same reason, and you have failed to make the necessary updates, for example you have not verified your profile after multiple requests to do so. If we're not getting through to you with a traditional suspension message then we will suspend you for 999 days and ask you to contact us to get the suspension resolved.

How Do I Get Rid of This 999 Day Suspension?

The only way to get rid of this suspension is to contact Mutual support directly and work with them to resolve the issue at hand. Once that issue is resolved our support team will end your suspension immediately. Hooray!
