How Do I Cancel My Sale Subscription?
All sale subscriptions are through Mutual's website, so if you purchased a discounted subscription you will need to also cancel through our website. Please do the following to cancel that subscription:
- Log in to our Mutual Account Manager
- At the bottom of your account page tap “Cancel Subscription”
- A window will pop up. Tap “Cancel Subscription” again to confirm the cancellation
- Your subscription renewal date will now be listed as “Subscription Canceled”
*Please note that deleting the Mutual app will NOT cancel your subscription. You must follow the above procedure or contact our team at support@mutual.app to request cancellation.
