Redeem mutualDates
mutualDates allows you to discover a wide range of dates near you at discounted prices. So you’ve bought a date, but you’re not sure how to redeem it. Redeem the dates by following these steps:
- Open the Mutual app on your smartphone
- Tap the ice cream icon in the bottom right
- Tap mutualDates
- Go to your account section by clicking on the 👤 icon on the top right corner of your screen
- Select the date you wish to redeem
- Show the cashier that you purchased it on your phone (upon arriving at the date location)
- If the cashier is confused, ask for the manager, as they should be trained on how to deal with the Date redemption
- Slide to redeem (Once the date is redeemed - a refund is no longer eligible through us)
