mutualDates Refund Request
mutualDates is a feature that lets you discover a wide variety of dates near you* at exclusively discounted prices. Unexpected things happen all the time, and we get it! If for some reason you need to request a refund for a date, follow these steps:
- Open the Mutual app on your smartphone
- Tap the ice cream icon in the bottom right
- Go to your account section by clicking on the 👤 icon on the top right corner of your screen
- Tap the icon next to the Mutual Date you need to be refunded
- Tap the ‘Request Refund’ button
- A text box will appear. Type a short explanation for why you need the refund.
- Our support team will get back to you soon!
Refunds will be applied as credit to your account towards future mutualDates.
