mutualDates Refund Request

mutualDates is a feature that lets you discover a wide-variety of dates near you* at exclusively discounted prices. Unexpected things happen all the time, we get it! If for some reason you need to request a refund for a date, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mutual app on your smartphone
  2. Click the ice cream icon in the bottom right
  3. Go to your account section by clicking on the 👤 icon on the top right corner of your screen
  4. Click the icon next to the mutualDate you need refunded
  5. Click the ‘Request Refund’ button
  6. A text box will appear. Type a short explanation for why you need the refund.
  7. Our support team will get back to you soon!

Refunds will be applied as credit to your account towards future mutualDates.
